The Line 6 Catalyst 100 Guitar Amplifier combines the tonal qualities of a traditional guitar amp with the expanded functionality of modelling amps, offering you the best of both worlds! Featuring six Original Amp Designs, the Line 6 Catalyst serves up a variety of voices which include pristine cleans, touch-sensitive crunchier tones, and modern high gain attitude – dialling in a tone any situation has never been easier.
Crafted using Line 6’s renowned HX sound design techniques, this guarantees phenomenal tone and feel, regardless of settings. The XLR line output and a 4 channel USB recording interface neatly finish off the expansive features on offer. Reliable as well as powerful, its sturdily constructed combo design means it can handle the rigours of live use as easily as it does studio-work or just practising.
The Line 6 Catalyst features a Boost circuit customised for each amp type, along with a dedicated Reverb section consisting of six reverb types. In addition, there’s 18 additional effects and an effects loop! In combination, these settings afford you an abundance of sonic customisation and refinement when selecting your sound.
Whether you’re recording, practising at home, or rocking out with room-shaking sounds, the Line 6 Catalyst can match your surroundings without sacrificing your tone. An adjustable power attenuator lets you operate at mute (for recording / headphones use), 0.5W, 50W and 100W power output settings. In this way you can enjoy full bodied sonics at lower volumes – without disturbing the neighbours!
