The Trax 14″ x 5.5″ Snare Drum Black is a dynamic 14″ snare drum with a poplar shell. Its poplar shell is made up of poplar wood, offering open warm and vibrant tones with a solid attack, ideal for adding an extra accentuated tone into the mix. The included mounting bracket allows for versatile kit placement, allowing the snare drum to serve as a main or secondary snare in your arrangement.
It is also equipped with a snare throw-off, changing your snare tone is lightning fast, perfect for switching it up mid-set and even mid-song. It features 8 individual tensioners on either side of the drum for optimum tuning and skin stability. It features a 24 strand snare wire allowing for a raspy clear snare tone. Its easily adjustable snare adjuster is positioned just on the side for ease of use. It’s it is finished in a chrome colour hardware and coated skins. This snare is a great start point for snare drums and provides a high quality drum for a small price tag!
